Who Is Drawn Here?

For me, anyone who finds value in my work feels like a gift and a blessing.

It still feels like a miracle that something moves through me in the studio… and that what arrives there can travel beyond me, enter someone else’s home, and become part of their daily life.

I feature a lot of stunning homes, private estates, and world-class hotels on this site because my work has had the good fortune of being honored and cherished in beautiful places.

But the people drawn to my work are not defined by the size of their homes.

Yes, some live with my paintings and sculptures in extraordinary houses, private estates, world-class hotels, and breathtaking spaces.

Some live with them in very humble homes.

One collector lives in a double wide trailer in Florida, with an art collection worth far more than the home that holds it.

That touches the depth of my being.

For me, it tells a beautiful truth.

The people who live with my work are not simply asking how expensive the room is.

They are asking:

What do I value so much that I want to live close to it every day, instead of getting distracted?

What feeds my soul?
What nourishes my spirit?
What opens my heart wide and sets fire to my passion?
What helps me remember what matters?
What wakes me up, every day, to what I care about most?

The people drawn here are people who give that feeling value, meaning, and significance.

Not because they are trying to impress anyone.

Because something precious in them knows it matters.

For more than forty years, my paintings and sculptures have found homes with entrepreneurs, musicians, spiritual teachers, families, resorts, hospitals, and collectors around the world. Every piece has formed a relationship, and in many cases, a companionship. And every commission becomes part of someone’s story.
