Flow Motion

Everyone knows the difference between being in flow motion and fighting against the current of life. This painting is about being in“the zone”…tapped in, tuned in, turned on by a power larger than life.
The canvas surges with electric blue, emerald, fiery orange, deep purple. Colors twisting and bleeding in thick, dynamic strokes could move off the page with no control or containment. The entire field is constant motion, pulling the heart along endless curves and waves. Brushwork shimmering like liquid light.
This is flow from the inside: effortless momentum, boundaries dissolving, small self swept into a current infinitely larger than life. My body relaxes, mind quiets, heart opens wide. I am being moved. Turned on by utter and complete aliveness. Colors pulse with exhilaration. Sensual, spiritual, primal…evoking kundalini uncoiling, life force rising.
